By accessing and using Horus AI Vision Analytics service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Horus provides AI-powered video analytics software that processes video feeds from your existing camera systems to generate business insights and security analytics.

3. User Responsibilities

• Ensure you have legal authority to install and operate video surveillance systems
• Comply with all applicable privacy and surveillance laws in your jurisdiction
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate account and billing information

4. Data Ownership and Processing

You retain full ownership of your video data. Our edge processing technology ensures your video never leaves your premises. We only access anonymized analytics data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment Terms

• The 14-day trial starts when the first camera connects and completes successful processing.
• After the trial, the selected plan renews monthly at the displayed price unless it is cancelled.
• A customer's launch price is protected for their first 12 paid months.

6. Service Limitations

• Service availability is subject to maintenance windows and technical issues
• AI accuracy may vary based on environmental conditions and camera quality
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or ROI
• Usage limits apply as specified in your subscription plan

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Termination

Cancelling before the trial ends removes trial access immediately and prevents future charges. Cancelling during a paid billing period keeps access available until that period ends and stops the next renewal.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
